Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details in your message and use them to answer you.
Information Logged Automatically
Our hosting systems may record ordinary technical details, such as an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and time stamps. Aggregate log data helps maintain the service and shows which resources are useful. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How That Data Is Used
Technical and contact data support site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content updates. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government databases, Sumner County and Tennessee offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information entered on a linked site is controlled by that site's own privacy terms. The same distinction applies to sponsored search results supplied by an outside company.
When Data May Be Shared
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising services may receive the automatic technical data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguards and Retention
The site uses an encrypted connection, and server logs are retained only while needed for the stated operational purposes. Because there are no user accounts here, we do not hold an account password or personal profile for you.
Visitors Under 18
This service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor submitted personal information so it can be removed.
Your Tennessee Data Rights
The Tennessee Information Protection Act, T.C.A. ยง 47-18-3301 et seq., provides rights for eligible Tennessee consumers when a covered business falls within the law. A request to us may cover a contact message or server-log data that we still hold. Use the Contact page to submit it. Government records kept by Hendersonville, Sumner County, or Tennessee agencies remain under the control of those custodians, so any correction or lawful redaction request must go to the responsible office.
Changes to This Policy
A revised policy will appear here when our practices change. Your continued use after publication signals acceptance of the revised terms.
